Prices are in Jamaican dollars (JMD).
Cancellations and changes
Because every order is baked fresh, you can cancel or change an order for a full refund until orders close on October 15, 2026. After that, we can’t offer refunds or changes.
Problems with your order
If it arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, message us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it, partially refund it, or give a credit, depending on the situation. Reach us on WhatsApp at +1 (876) 995-7966.
Not eligible for refund
Change of mind after orders close, missed deliveries caused by wrong address details, or allergic reactions where the allergen notice was available before ordering.
